 Maryanna McGervey, MPH, RD - Director of Dietary Services - Received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, in Applied Dietetics and a Masters Degree in Public Health Nutrition and a Registered Dietician License from Loma Linda University. Since then worked in an outpatient setting for Saint Jude Heritage Health and as an inpatient Dietitian for St. Johns Hospital in Santa Monica.
My goal as the Director of Dietary Services is to provide the highest quality food for our residents, with a wide variety, to meet the residents nutritional needs and have them look forward to their meals. I have been incorporating more authentic Japanese meals, in response to the feedback from the residents. I meet with them on a weekly basis and review how the meals are going and make changes accordingly to satisfy their wishes. |
